My research interest centers on cloning, expression and purification of recombinant proteins. I am particularly interested in understanding the structural and functional characterization of proteins and understanding the interaction of protein-ligands through structural and molecular approaches. My research work is focused on understanding of interaction of CYP 450 enzymes with different ligands through molecular docking and simulation.
