Electrical Engineering Section is mandated to provide electric power supply, operation, and maintenance of major utilities. It also provides 24×7 electric power to the entire institute and staff quarters. It is divided in two sub-sections for operational and work execution purpose. They are namely
- Sub-station, Operation & Maintenance and Office/lab. Maintenance
- New and renovation electrical works, staff quarters maintenance
