Constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women employees at CSIR-IIP
In compliance with the instructions contained in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rule-2013, this Organisation had duly constituted Internal Complaints Committee for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women working in this Organisation. The composition of the Internal Complaints Committee was revised subsequent to the transfer etc. of the existing Chairperson/Member. This Committee in this Organisation has now been re-constituted on March 13, 2023 for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women employees. The details with regard to the Act and Notification of sexual harassment of women at the Workplace along with the composition of ICC are as given below:
